The English Student Association—ESA—is a student-run campus organization that brings students and faculty together in all aspects of the major. ESA is at once a social club, an intellectual forum, and a student advocacy forum. Every year, English majors and minors throw parties, stage philanthropic events, host scholars and creative writers, and sponsor campus-wide lectures, films, and readings.  ESA also organizes an annual “Careers Day” and a “Grad School Application Workshop.” There are no dues, and all majors and minors are considered “members” of the club.
